3. 24/7 Monitoring and Maintenance
3.1. Our 24/7 monitoring service aims to provide continuous surveillance, but Adenwalla Innovative Solutions does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not liable for any losses incurred due to downtime.
3.2. Maintenance tasks will be performed regularly, and Adenwalla Innovative Solutions will make efforts to minimize disruptions. Clients will be informed in advance of scheduled maintenance whenever possible.
4.1. Adenwalla Innovative Solutions is responsible for regular backups of your website and data. While we take every precaution to ensure data security, we are not liable for any loss of data due to unforeseen circumstances.
4.2. Clients are encouraged to independently verify the reliability of backups and notify Adenwalla Innovative Solutions of any concerns promptly.
5. Social Media Management
5.1. Adenwalla Innovative Solutions will manage and engage on designated social media platforms on behalf of the client.
5.2. The client retains ownership of their social media accounts and is responsible for providing necessary access credentials to Adenwalla Innovative Solutions.
6. Client Responsibilities
6.1. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information necessary for the provision of services.
6.2. Clients must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations in connection with their use of our services.
7.1. Payment terms, including fees, billing cycles, and accepted payment methods, are outlined in the agreement between Adenwalla Innovative Solutions and the client.
7.2. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.
8.1. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of the business relationship.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. Adenwalla Innovative Solutions is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
10. Governing Law
10.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Goa. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings in Goa.
11.1. Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for settling any outstanding payments.
12. Changes to Terms and Conditions
12.1. Adenwalla Innovative Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
